At the heart of the 2020 Fosti Leopard naked motorcycle, Fosti utilizes a 124 cc (7.6 cu in) single cylinder, four-stroke layout. In factory specification, peak output is rated at 9 HP (6.6 kW) at 8,500 rpm while maximum torque reaches 8.9 Nm (6.6 lb-ft) at 7,500 rpm. With a specific output of 72.6 HP per liter and a 1,000 rpm working window between peak torque (7,500 rpm) and peak power (8,500 rpm), the engine character is indicating a tractable, stress-free state of tune focused on everyday usability and broad torque delivery.
On the scales, the Leopard measures 112 kg (247 lbs) wet (curb), translating to a power-to-weight ratio of 0.08 HP/kg (12.44 kg per horsepower). Rider ergonomics and chassis geometry center around a 1,232 mm (48.5 in) wheelbase engineered for quick, flickable steering geometry. The 8.5-liter (2.2 US gal) fuel tank paired with a rated consumption of 2.1 L/100 km provides an estimated theoretical range of roughly 405 km (252 miles) between fill-ups.
