Built around Hyosung's naked motorcycle platform, the 2005 Hyosung GT 250 Comet relies on a 249 cc (15.2 cu in) oil & air-cooled v2, four-stroke powerplant. Internal engine geometry specifies a bore and stroke of 57.0 x 48.8 mm (2.2 x 1.9 inches) with a 10.2:1 compression ratio.
On the scales, the GT 250 Comet measures 170 kg (375 lbs) dry. Rider ergonomics and chassis geometry center around a 1,455 mm (57.3 in) wheelbase engineered for balanced agility and highway composure. The 17-liter (4.5 US gal) fuel tank supports practical everyday commuting and weekend road stints.
Within MotoLibrary's Hyosung archive, this model family spans 2 indexed model years from 2004 to 2005, allowing buyers to track year-over-year changes in emissions tuning, weight and equipment.

Notes
Great engine performance, nice sound; factory brake pads, chain and tires are crap. Had electronic ignition box fault (flat spot at 80km/hr), neutral gear impossible to swith to while stopped with engine running. Good handling.
